well my story is same of jeanb13 and i fell for these advertisement over reading news at google. I didn't go through their terms & condition extensively and ordered that, later when i saw their hidden terms and autoshipment i cancelled the same within 30 minutes through thier IVR (option 2 which says to return back within 21 days) and sent them email too that i should not expect any delivery as it was cancelled within 30 min because i came from India for a month and will go back this weekend and couldn't afford to continue autoshipment.

I did log ticket in their support web siteand send mail to Customer Support support ID for the same but got no response. And to my surpsrise they did send the delivery to my hotel address and charged me for P&P. Since then i'm trying to reach but getting no help to send that back to them, wrote couple of emails and updated my ticket almost on daily basis but no response.

I just cancelled my card after reading this forum so thanks to all you who shared their worst experience dealing with this company. The only thing i need help on is that am i doing anything illegal or aginst the law if i'm failed to return their !!!! back to them? pls help.

I don't want my VISA terms got affected because of these bast...ds and i'm denied to come to UK later.

Well i could figure out most of the people have been charged in spite of the fact that they cancelled or didn't get the delivery. I can not afford 110 pound on my card and then keep on chasing these guys so i cancelled my card which just took me a call to my Credit Card company. I was just worried about legal implication due to this but it seems they cheat most of the people so may not put up any legal threat to me, in fact it should be us who would be going legal against them. but as i'm going back so its okay, will throw these pills in dustbin of my hotel rool and would ask Ketone to come over and collect it. :-)

Why on earth are people taking nutrition advice from TV shows and celebrity chefs? Your body has various organs of excretion and cleanses itself just fine if you give it the right fuel - a balance of all the nutrients the body needs for health preferably from a wide variety of wholefoods.

I can assure you there is no scientific evidence raspberry ketones do anything, IIRC one small study which was not even on humans! Standardised green tea extract if you take the right dose can boost the metabolism by up to about 80 calories a day so it will take you at least a month and a half to lose a single pound of fat. No evidence for bee pollen.

Two that probably do work are .... dairy products and oily fish.

You do not need to keep chasing the company....

Once you have cancelled with them, all you need to do is contact your bank/card provider and get them to action a chargeback for cancelled CPA....

Keep a eye on the account. Any further debits call the bank and get the money back.

That will be the likes of Watchdog, rouge tranders etc :rotfl:

These sites are simply migrations on from "acai berry". Which was the 1st of this type of site.

hi. do i still need to return this pills to them or should i do as i thought off to throw them in dustbin and move away as it never happened to me...like a bad dream... :rotfl:and for my CC its okay, they charge me some 7-8 pound for P&P which is okay but don't want them to cheat me every month. the only porblem i had was that i didn't know anyhting here in UK, i mean how to return that thing ... now i got the address but don't know how i would send them back and that to i'm going back day after tomorrow and i may not get time tomorrow to do that..very difficult situation for me...

You forgot Dr Oz, click on the 'medically approved' picture to find a vague reference to the man himself. Because nothing he recommends has ever been debunked all over the internet. :rotfl:

Just write on the packet. "Return to sender" Just do not bother with the stamps.... :rotfl:

So how are you going to monitor the account while you are no longer in the UK?
Odds on this co will debit again. As such you need to know when, so you can contact the CC and get the funds credited back.
