I've read the full thread thanks
I simply wanted advise cos I have only just purchased and everyone else has had money taken off there account.
I used to work for a bank so I am kicking myself for being so stupid.
Thanks0 -
Laura, all I can say is- inform your bank, cancel your card. I've done both of these things and all that has been taken from me is postage. I fell for this weeks ago but acted fast once something seemed dodgy.Debt free 6th December 2014

I have done the same except I've cancelled both orders before recieving them even though I've been told both orders have been shipped, they have charged me £18 for one and £37 for the other but how do I make sure they don't charge me any extra? I haven't even received the tablets yet! If I go to the bank is there something they can do to prevent this company from taking more money? As they have taken all the money they said they would! But after reading this I don't trust the little f***ers0

Also who on here has actually received the product?0

There is plenty of advice there.
You have to read no further than the first reply on this thread to get you first piece of sound advice.0 -
I appreciate that and I have read the thread but I'm trying to seek advice from somebody that made the same choice as me and chose to purchase the discounted product. I'm trying to find out if the product is going to actually arrive and if this company will try take more money! Is there anyway I could try get all my money back? I'm asking because I'm one of the few people who opted to pay to cancel.
How is this company still running!0 -
The only people who can say if the product will arrive is the company.
To stop any further debits contact your bank/card provider and lodge a stop date.
Then email the co to advise them of this.

Hi all,
First post and yes I fell for the "free trial" I orded on the 3rd March apparently it was shipped on the 6th March (currently away from home) I phoned on the 14th March to cancell thats when I decided to do a bit digging, after reading posts on here I immediately phoned my CC company and explained the situation and was told no more payments would be allowed to be taken (apart from the £4.98) I recieved emails from Keytone after cancelling my subscription with the usual "send it back at your expense" I've replied "You have 7 days to collect your products if you do not I will dispose of them as I see fit"
I will keep you posted0 -
Hi Mods
It seems there is more than 1 Keytone scam thread can they be merged?0 -
would just like to say thank you to everyone who posted and sorry you were scammed but if it is any consolation because you posted I was sparred being scammed.
I was reading a page and saw the ad, looked into the ad and even read the T's & c's and thought well it says i can cancel before 14 days and not have to pay anything.. I got my card out and then thought I would just do a quick google search before i put my card details in to check theres not forums about this being a scam and i came across this thread.. I knew it sounded too good to be true but part of me wouldnt listen. However i have definitly listened to all of you.
so thanks0
