I too fell foul of these vile people scamming money out of innocent people!!
Back at the end of August I purchased the Raspberry Ketone Blast and Cleanse Extrem (from websites of the same names). The 'Free' Trial cost me £9.90 (£4.95 each) but I have just gone onto my online banking and have seen that 2 further payments have now come out, £95 for the Raspberry Ketone and £89 for the Cleanse Xtrem, so a total of £184. This was of course unexpected
I have recently found out I am 6 weeks pregnant so can't take them now anyway and definitely cannot afford this sort of money coming out of my account.
After reading other people's feed, I thought it's pointless ringing my bank so I called 020 3014 4035 which was on the Ketone Blast / Cleanse Extrem website. I said I wanted to cancel any further shipments and payments immediately. They asked for my telephone number and my name came up in their database immediately, they confirmed my name and said that both accounts were now cancelled and no further product would be sent to me and no more money take from my account! They did ask how I got on with it and I just said I don't know as I didn't take any as I found out I was pregnant. It was easier than I thought! I received two confirmation emails from both sites confirming it had been cancelled so if more money does come out, at least I have these as proof!!
I'm know i'm not going to get my money back, I'm upset beyond belief as my husband and I are desperately trying to save now for our baby but.....well.....!!!! happens.....and getting stressed and worked up about it isn't going to make a difference!!!

Hi, just wanted to let you all know about this company. I very stupidly signed up for a 30 day free trial for these tablets from the above company following a post on facebook - yes I know really stupid! However 30 minutes after signed up and giving them my debit card details I changed my mind and sent them a message to this effect. have sent them 6 e.mails and 5 online contact us messages and this morning they had taken 2 x £3.91 out of my account. I have now cancelled my card and alerted the bank whi will stop any more payments. Just wanted to post this and see if anyone else has been caught by this company. Did cancelling your debit card stop any more money being taken.:mad:

I purchased 2 free trials raspberry keystones and green coffee cleanse. I cancelled the products on the 12 day. Was given a RMA for the green coffee to return but was given an incorrect address... I went on the internet and found the correct address and returned them. For the raspberry ketones I then went through the same process but when I asked for a RMA I was told there was no need to return the product. 4 days later I found they had taken £85 from my bank account :mad: I telephoned my bank on that day and they told me that they are a well known company and they need to send me a form to fill out to recover the money. Almost a week and a half ( today ) l receive a letter from my bank saying that I have entered into a contract with that company so nothing can be done.... Reading the terms again on the website it says that the product has to be returned after 21 days of receipt. That will have passed now so I have no way of resolving this. On the night I cancelled the trial the raspberry keystone person who I spoke to was laughing at me and made me suspicious so I went on the internet and found all sorts of horror stories. I called the bank that night to ensure that no payments could be taken. I was told by my bank that it's not worth the hassle as they may never try to take money and if they do it wouldn't be an issue as they are a well known company. Turns out they were wrong. I feel like now that this company that has scammed me just have a free run at whatever I have in my bank account :mad: it just means no food for me for 2 weeks so the pills will help me lose weight

The £4.95 had been taken for each product I had purchased, funny enough not even under the name of the product or company, but under a name of a makeup product. Then I check my on line banking today to see that I have no funds available, naturally I was very surprised by this and could see that two transactions had been taken, one for £95 and one for £85 for the two products I had purchased, now clearly named (funny that!).

I contacted my bank straight away who told me they had problems with this company before and would pass me through to someone who would have the money refunded, only to find that they would not refund me at all and that I needed to contact the company direct. A company who clearly scam people and do not provide their details on their despatch notes. I have been told that the bank would cancel any future transactions, however there may still be money that will be taken from my account and they would have to refund it. (nothing else my bank could do apparently)

They did help with one thing and gave me this contact number 0203 014 4000.... so I rang the company who again told me I should have read the terms and conditions, basically making me out to be stupid!!! After arguing for ages and asking for my money back the man on the phone told me as a good will gesture he would refund my £60.... GREAT!!

I asked for a manager and was told the manager would not speak to me and would not take the call, apparently it's not his job to deal with complaints and the man on the phone tried to make me feel guilty by saying did I want him to get the sack, even at one stage trying to tell me he was the manager and then admitting he wasn't and put me on hold.

I am not concerned that money will continue to be taken from my account and feel that something should be done. Why are they still getting away with this.

Why would anyone in their right mind pay £200 for a bottle of 60 capsules.

Please all ring this number and complain 0203 014 4000.

Hi My husband naively fell into the same trap. He ordered the so called "Free Trial". Then about a month later two payments totalling about £160 were taken from his account. I emailed both companies threatening them with Trading Standards and the Police Fraud dept. One of the companies replied immediately and cancelled any future payment and refunded what had been taken. I gave up on the other company as i believe they were American and I wasn't going to get very far with them. But please if you are tricked into this awful scam, stand you ground and demand your money back. I am glad i did!

From late December both my daughter and I (separately and wittingly) have been caught by the Ketone Advanced/Slim Body Cleanse/ Slimtone/ Garcinia Diet Max - scammers ! - see our 2 complaint letters below. These scammers are based, along with a number of nutriscience businesses, at the addresses at the bottom of email. BE WARNED. This is an Auto-ship scam for £169-£174pm. On checking with Companies House the same Directors names seem to be linked with the various products named in the earlier part of this thread too.

1. Ketone Advanced & Nutra Green Coffee Cleanse
I ordered these products online on 17th December for Christmas. I did not receive an email of confirmation or any email to say they were enroute. They did not arrive in time for Christmas but arrived on 31st December. I note today that you have taken two payments of £94.97 and £79.97 in December for these products from my account on the same day as I received the items! I wish to cancel. I have spent many hours since 31.12.13 trying to get replies on 0844 858 8072, 0800 014 9645, 0844 858 8073. I would like to cancel my initial order with you and any future orders with immediate effect. I would like to return the unused products but this is impossible without a RMA code.I have eventually today after 6 days on the phone(!) i have spoken to a lady from a call centre and requested that my account with you is cancelled, that the huge payment of £174.94 is refunded and a delivery address and RMA for both products supplied. She confirmed the following: RMA ref for return of Ketone Advanced and a separate one for Nutra Green Coffee Cleanse - Return address is : Ketone Advanced & Nutra Green Coffee Cleanse RETURNS, PO Box 13511, Linlithgow, West Lothian

I ordered these products online in December for my Mums Christmas. I did not receive an email of confirmation or to say they were enroute. They did not arrive in time for Christmas but arrived on 1st Jan. I note today that you have taken two payments of £84.71 for these products from my account on 1st Jan. I have spent many hours since trying to get replies on 020 3514 0708 or 020 3514 0638. I would like to cancel my initial order with you and any future orders with you too with immediate effect. I would like to return the unused products but I do not have a return address as it is not published on your website. I have eventually today spoken to a lady from a call centre and requested that my account with you is cancelled, that a return address and tracking number are supplied urgently. I am still waiting for this information. I would like the £169.42 refunded please via cheque to the above address. I would be grateful if you would confirm receipt of this letter. I am a student and cannot afford £169.42 .

I fell for this 'free trial' for Ketone Advanced and Nutragreen Coffee this week after seeing a Sponsored Story for the products on Facebook. The website the social media advert transferred me to was dreambodydiet [dot] com which lead me through to the websites to buy the products.

The Dream Body Diet website is cleverly using the branding of a leading UK woman's fitness magazine. On the website there is also a picture of another UK woman's magazine. The cover features a celebrity weight loss story which the website is incorrectly referring to. Funnily enough on the magazine cover image used on this website there is also a headline about Martin Lewis!

My partner and I have felt cross enough to let the magazines know about our concern of the mis-use of their identity as well as the agent of the celebrity. When I contacted my card company as well as arranging for a block to be put on these merchants for 12 months I also asked for the card to be cancelled and reissued as a precaution.

When I spoked to Nutragreen Coffee they told me that the company doesn't send emails and I wondered if that is legal? Finally we revisited the Facebook page today which sponsored the story and have reported it.

I aim never to repeat this mistake again! Hopefully over the next few days they will be receiving a few unwanted calls of their own!

Just a quick addition I have just spotted another Sponsored Facebook story with a picture of a UK celebrity who could be associated with weight loss stories. The ad appears in people's Facebook newsfeeds and is from another Facebook page which as been 'reactivated'. The ad leads to another suspect website for these products with a domain name that suggests it is a UK women's health magazine. Beware there are probably several Facebook pages and websites at the moment. I think people are being drawn it by the Facebook Sponsored Story judging by the amount of interaction it is receiving.

It reasures me to know that I'm not the only one fooled by this Instalean company. I signed up for the free trial. I never received any goods but money kept being taken off my card. Either £75 or £50 at a time. I contacted my bank (Halifax) & reported it. They were well aware of the scam & after a couple of weeks credited my account with all the money. I am still battling to get rid of this company. They are still taking money. How do I get rid of them?
