Think I'll wait till tomorrow now. Luckily for me I'm only transferring between my business account and personal one so it can wait.
Hope the rest of you don;t have too much hassle getting stuff transferred/wages etc.0 -

I've just phoned them.
I was told, that they had been told it would be fixed by 4.30pm, but as it hasn't been, she had no other news.
I didn't get offered any money for my inconvenience - but then i just had an Easy Cash account
zen, they are open 24/7 ring them back, tell them you have been trying to complete a faster payment but there has been problems, tell the bank you are unhappy as you had made telephone calls, register a complaint and get a reference number???? remember banks are very quick at billing us, esp halifax who charge a vast amount of money per day to customersTrinidad - I have a number of needs. I spoke to Halifax again, mention the information coming out of the Lloyds website, customer service manager said she will look into this suggestion in furture problems. I was told they are working as hard as they can to address the FB ststem but have no new deadlines or can provide any new information. The customer manager suggested I monitor the Lloyds information. I told her this has been managed in a shambolic way and unprofessional way, esp in there poor attempt in updating customers. Halfax said they will esculate the complaint and would call me back today if the FB is switched on, or call tomorrow regarding complaint.
I am sure they are working hard on this, but this problem has been inplace since 11pm yesterday and halifax have not given something extra on this occassion.Trinidad - I have a number of needs. Don't shoot me down if i get something wrong!!0 -
