Good Intentions calming good luck vibes winging there way to your daughter.
Dusty Kitten and Iona hope you both feel better tomorrow and lots of positive vibes heading DH way for appointment tomorrow.
Not much in the way of flying her today I think the upset at work last week really took it out of me and I didnt sleep well last night. I also didnt get in til after 7pm and walked the dogs with oH before starting dinner. Although as I dongt do the chldren's room ( think at 14 and 17 they are able to keep there own space tidy) I dont mind being a day behind. Also OH has brought his bike and turbine in from the garage to train which means I can't do the floor.

Morning all
Skinty~~ glad finally exmil is sheepish, about time too.......hope Holly is doing well today xxx
Right I am off today from my 2nd job, and 'ment' to be in my 'other' job, however I am on a roll and flying like a mad thing since about 6.30am this morning, finally got round to putting lappy on, but I am only here for about 10 mins while I have a rest, as I want to get the whole of upstairs finished by about 9am to 9.15am.
so:-
Stripped 2 bed and remade them
Gather all washing, towels, bedding, tea towels etc etc up and dumped in front of wm, 1st load in.
DW loads and on
Washed, bathed and cleaned my self!! and dressed.
Kitchen has been scrubbed with in an inch of its life, oven, micro, bin, fridge, hob, toasted, floor, it is spotless......:j
Outisde of the front door, scrubbed with soapy water, I then went back in to get a cloth to wipe and shine up, by the time I got back the bubbles / water had frozen to the front door, :eek:so I'm leaving that till later, I really didn't think it was 'that' cold out there!!
Have a good day, I'll drop back in later as I have loads of errands / flying / work to do.

Morning all,
I'm supposedly having a gas inspection sometime between 8 and 1 today. Hope they turn up, I'm hoping they can make a couple of my raditators work
DD1 and I moved the kitchen round yesterday so I can put the airers directly in front of the raditator but this now means the table is in the middle of the room and you have to shuffle passed it and can't open the DW without moving it again
I'd like to add when the housing association redesigned and installed the kitchen this is where they said it should be!! Totally impractical and possible dangerous  how long I can put up with it remains to be seen
I have loads on my lists as I had CBA yesterdayI've deleted what I have done or what I don't do

Congratulations Skint. Welcome to your pink bundle.
I've slept funny and my back is very stiff and aching.
DH is WFH for a second day and is taking the littlies to school.
I have ironing to do and a couple of wool washes to put on.
I hope movement will sort my aches and pain out.
Must stay quiet today as DD1 is in bed after a night shift at the airport.
Good luck for the DD with an exam. Sorry just read thread from start and can't remember who's DD.0 -
Morning All
We had some more of the white stuff last night so I was surprised this morning, however hardly any at where I work. Kitchen was a joint effort last night so all that’s left is to wash DW inside, it was on last night so will do today after dinner.

Ionafan – Thinking of you today, hope your DH gets good news
GI – Good luck for you DD2’s exam today
Mumto5 - Hope your pain disappears soon
Best get back to the paid stuff now, have a nice day everyone & stay safe x

Morning all.
Skint - congratulations
Ionafan - posivibes for DH
Honey Bear - an update on SickDog for you.
She is resting, not in as much pain now and tail is wagging again. She'll have no walks for at least a week and then we'll see how she is and probably start taking her out for short lead walks.
Flying wise, just the dailies for me today.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
Hi, i am a lurker here. I just came for some inspiration this morning as it is so cold and I need to start somewhere. The house is a mess as the kids (3) had a snow day yesterday. Maybe if I start posting here I will get more motivation. Today I will clean the fridge! My sister is visiting from Poland next month and I need to seriously declutter as the spare bedroom is a tip. OK I had better start. Have a good day everyone!0
