    This is sounding quite tempting for a Vantage account that I'll no longer be needing on Wednesday.

    Does the SO need to be already used, or can I set one up for a future date and then switch that before it actually occurs?

    No SO (or DD) needed, although what would you ask them to switch if not at least one SO?
