Back up to 180lbs. I am going to give up on this challenge and just keep on with healthy food that's keeping me at around this weight. As I have said before, I think the muscle I am building is weighing as much as the fat I am losing. My waist size has gone down, my chest size up and I am starting to see muscle definition on my shoulders. I wish the rest of you well.

Went away for a long weekend in a place with no scales, so haven't a clue if I've lost, gained, or stayed the same this week. Didn't overdo it on the grub and got lots of exercise though. Trousers did up OK when getting ready for work so I am claiming a "bye" this week. Extra effort this week and I wish you all a good week.
  • Weight loos is not an easy task.It requires lot of efforts and extra care.
I wish you better luck to meet your challenge.

Not posted for a while. Fell off the wagon & got back on again. Lost 6lb on a juice fast this week. Feel great apart from laryngitis. Keep up the good work all
