At least keep pestering court for a reason why judge made his/her decision.

I will give the Court another call this week.I will point out that I sent 2 emails asking for clarification and so far I got no reply.Very disheartening to be honest!

Filled in the form on Easy jet website on Saturday for a delay earlier in April... Got email today (Monday) saying they are sending me a cheque! No Arguments!

I used the Resolver website to send my issue to them regarding a cancelled flight 25 days ago and STILL haven't had a response? I keep escalating up the chain of command however I am getting nothing back from them - any pointers?

Read Vaubans guide and be prepared to DIY or NWNF solicitor.
Please read Vaubans superb guide. To find it Google and then download 'vaubans guide'.
  • Hi - we suffered the same problem. 2 recorded delivery letters ignored. Escalated the issue to the Spanish CAA who ruled in our favour. Sent that to EasyJet who ignored us again. Eventually we had to issue a small claim which is currently ongoing. We've started a facebook page for people to share their experiences of easyjet and the tactics they are using to frustrate and avoid customers claims - please search Facebook for EasyJet Flight Delay Claims
  • Hi - how is your claim going against easyJet - we are suffering the same problem and EasyJet are using every trick in the book to ignore, frustrate or complicate our claim. We have started a facebook group called "EasyJet Flight Delay Claims" so that people can share their experience of easyjets tactics and help each other - get in touch with us through that page and we'll do what we can to help.
  • Hi - Any update on your situation - we are suffering similar problems with EasyJet. 2 recorded delivery letters ignored. Escalated the issue to the Spanish CAA who ruled in our favour. Sent that to EasyJet who ignored us again. Eventually we had to issue a small claim which is currently ongoing. We are now waiting for EasyJets defence and have started a facebook page for people to share their experiences of easyjet and the tactics they are using to frustrate and avoid customers claims - please search Facebook for EasyJet Flight Delay Claims and help others with similar issues.

Thank you for the tip! I had to Google it because I didn't know what it was. I am not sure I have the strength to go on with this claim. It has been years of emails, letters, phone calls with Easyjet,Bott and the Courts.I think I just have to put the bad experience behind me and move on with the knowledge that i tried my best!

I got an email today from Luton County Court(see below).
"Further to your email of 25th April, our record shows the file is presently with the District Judge for clarification of the Order to strike out the claim. You will be notified in due course of the outcome of the referral."

Well that looks as though somebody has taken notice. Keep going and keep us updated. When you win I would also be inclined to make a complaint to the CAA about EJs obstructive attitude manner and behaviour.
