Please do.
This thread is titled Jet2. You asked about Jet Airways - AFAIK different company, different country. I rest my case.
Understandable, but to me this forum is getting ridiculous in the amount of sniping about wrong threads. How about a novel approach and be nice and not as sarcastic.
There are quite a few on here who jump on a wrongly posted thread. I thought this was for advice and not for sniping at people genuinely looking for help. In fact I'm sure that was the original intention of the creators of this site0 -

I don't think that there is a direct thread you can use on here - so it looks like only a generic thread available.
Try reading this link and see how you get on:

When 2 people post on the same thread within several posts of each other, with the same incorrect airline, you do start to wonder.....If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide

Toddy - your next step would be to contact them again asking to explain what the exceptional circumstances are. There are links to what can be taken as exceptional circumstances such as industrial action, adverse weather. Routine maintenance and issues which should be picked up as such are NOT exceptional circumstances.
As for being expected to read a 42 page thread - I hope you have not taken that advice to heart. There are people on these forums who generally do want to help and not just have a pop at everyone else.
Should you require any further help, please do let me know and I'll be happy to try0 -

All the regular contributors are nice ;-)
This thread is full of members experiences sharing the frustration with Jet2. The help and advice is right here in this thread, and has been written over and over again, repetition of the same advice only serves to lengthen this thread needlessly. If you wish to add your advice to others, then please do so, but please don't criticise my advice to another member, which I standby.
If members read this thread from page 1 like I did, it answers most first time questions, and avoids unnecessary forum repetition.
