@noviceAngel - can you confirm if your delayed flight was within the last 2 years or longer?
My delay occurred in 2011, and I claimed long before Jet2 changed their t and c's.
The 2 year rule, was never a part of the airlines original defence.

delay September 2011claim July 2013 I had used MCOL prior to my first flight delay post, that's why I made such a dogs dinner of my MCOL application and didn't even request interest

Well the request for compensation was made within 2 weeks of the delayed flight but court proceedings have been made well after 2 years.
