There is a 'test' case next month on this, in Manchester.

We are all waiting further details..

Only in the same way as Allen has no bearing on any other case, it becomes highly persuasive. The County Court ruling does not create a precedent that other DJ's HAVE to follow, but hopefully they will.

The Scottish case is less persuasive then Allen, but still persuasive.
