Congrats jhan, poor Jet2 bless 'em. Like a terrier with a rat - they just won't admit defeat will they?
Have you more details of this "symbol generator" I'm curious.
Seems your judge took the completely different (and correct) view to the judge in my case.

Did you ever get round to forwarding a copy of Huzar to your judge and telling him how he was wrong JP?

No. Waiting til Huzar, to add grist to the mill :) It won't make any difference, but the moral victory is as satisfying.

I'll add my congratulations. I have a case before the Sheriffs Court but it has been sisted pending the Huzar appeal. Did this not impact your case? A different airline, but the facts of your case are a carbon copy of mine so your transcript is really helpful. You mention Jet have appealed is that to the Sheriff Principle in the first instance? Do you have a date for this yet?

Apologies for all the questions. Once again well done!

Yep. Tracked it down. Thanks. My case is due to call again on the 17th June and the airlines lawyer was suggesting we postpone for another 2 months. Literally having the email conversation when you dropped that piece of news.

Ok off we go again, there's quite a few "stayed" cases on here to get through, as soon as I hear from the Birds I'll post in here:-

Just a reminder my case was "stayed" pending the outcome of the Huzar appeal and I'm now waiting to see if the birds will now settle my case in full or request a further stay while they waste more of Jet2's £££ taking it to the Supreme Court ?!?!?

Ps I'll have to apply to the court to get the stay lifted, no doubt that requires a further fee, more googleing or if anyone has the answers please post....

    Regards,
