Flight delay and cancellation compensation, Ryanair ONLY
Comments

Ryanair have withdrawn from the ADR scheme, probably rendering their decision irrelevant as they can probably ignore it with impunity.
You should read the excellent notes from the learned Dr Watson on the ESCP process. Solicitors will not want to know as companies such as Botts can no longer act on behalf of clients, due to Ryanair's T& Cs and them being based in Eire.
Ryanair really does suck big time.If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide

Passengers with outstanding strike-related compensation claims
Passengers who have made strike-related compensation claims via AviationADR are advised that these claims are currently on hold and will have to await the outcome of the Civil Aviation Authority's enforcement action.
Passengers with new claims:
Passengers with new claims who are not satisfied with the outcome or who have not received a reply from the airline within eight weeks, should contact the Civil Aviation Authority's Passenger Advice and Complaints Team (PACT): https://www.caa.co.uk/Passengers/Resolving-travel-problems/How-the-CAA-can-help/How-the-CAA-can-help/Please read Vaubans superb guide. I had a 2.5 hour delay yesterday from Dublin to Bristol. I'm confused whether I can put in a claim. Is it over 2 hours or 3? RA were trying to say the delay was due to weather at Bristol but the forecast on the internet looked fine and we had no turbulence and Bristol was totally calm when we landed so I don't believe it was weather. They refused free drinks as we were stuck on the plane and they said free drinks only applued in the terminal0

were you sat on the plane at Dublin for 2 1/2 hours0

You have to arrive at your destination 3 hours or more late but if you are delayed over 2 hours for a flight of 1500 km or less which yours was they have to provide refreshment. I cannot find anywhere within the regulations that say you have to be in the airport and not on the plane. That's before take off0

I've had an update regarding my claim via ADR
Basically saying time is up for any submission by either party to submit any evidence, the next step will be a decision by ADR and this can take upto 90 days.
suppose it will be interesting what happens after this as I expect the ongoing court case to be still running0 -
Hour delay sat in terminal then 1.5 hours on plane on tarmac. No air. No updates . No free drinks. Hostess said no as we weren't in terminal. I was determined not to buy one and another passenger gave me some water which was kind. So under 3 hours delay.0

We have been waiting for compensation for a five hour delayed flight from Berlin for three years. After Ryanair rejected our claim we passed it to EUClaim who assured us it would be a stress free process to claim our compensation. After about eighteen months they passed us on to Bott and Co.. We are still waiting for the compensation and have not heard from Bott and Co. in almost a year despite their claims that they keep in regular contact with their customers.
Anyone else had a similar experience with Ryanair/Bott and Co? And if so what action did you take? I think we are contractually bound to let Bott and Co. deal with the case so don't see how we can advance this without breaking the contract0 -
You need to give Botts a call as it sounds like something has gone wrong here.
You can find the number on their website. Please read Vaubans superb guide. To find it Google and then download 'vaubans guide'.0
