I will look again on ATC records - I assume your date is correct - Ryanair only operate 737's or derivatives - no chance they would have a 787!

Hmm.. Maybe a 737 then....just googled the 787 and your right, no chance!

Flight was scheduled 10pm (CEST) from PMI > LPL on 13th june 2013.

I think it took off around 1:30am on 14th june 2013

I cant even find my outgoing flight a week before which had no problems.... Any chance it could be Ryanair not giving concent to flight info?

    Yep but had no responses.

It says you can rather use the website or the email system. Website isnt bringing anything up related to my flight info. There are other ryanair flights available but it doesnt give you the option to sort by airport so you just get a return of all ryanair flight numbers that day - which still didnt bring any useful info back.

so basically i cant find my flight on any website. surely some other flights are missing? or somethings goin on with the systems?

Few more suggestions but I can help no more .... 1) PM Coby Benson to see if he can help, 2) Email PMI ATC to see if they can assists 3) Likewise Liverpool 4) Just 'go for it' if you are convinced the FR flight was over 3 hours delayed.

No, your local county court in England.

    4 - 4.1?

    No, domicile of the claimant

    5.3 - ?

The member state of the court is England, the court fee is HERE and you can claim interest @ 8% under s.69 County Courts Act 1984

    Thanks for that.

The link you sent is for MCOL not European Small Claims Procedure. Is this the same? i read that the fee was about £25. MCOL charging 70...

Correct me if im wrong. just so i know how much to be paying when i take them to my local court
