I have just entered my details on EU claim for both flights and it says that I am not entitled to compensation for FR123 but AM entitled for compensation for FR1331.....confused!0

Simple way start would be use the resolver website, See how that goes and then take it from there, either a no win no fee firm or yourself via small claims0 -
Brilliant! Thanks for your help. Will keep you posted0

Good luck, currently in battle with Ryanair and they dont move easily.0

The only way to get them to move is issue a letter before action if you haven't already done so threatening court action if they don't pay up.0

Our claim for a refund as now gone to the Ombudsman where they have informed me they have have other complaints for the same flight, they use the initial complaint against the company and if it wins everyone is refunded, so maybe now it has more of a chance with others in the same boat, anyone else used this route.0
