Anyone else on TOM7776 Dec 10 from BHX-AGP?
We were supposed to fly at 5.55am, but didn't take off until 7.30pm. The weather was bad (snow), but other flights landed & took off well before we did.
Thomson/TUI reps said the reason our flight was delayed for so long was because crew got sent home & we had to wait for another lot to arrive.
Very pleased to announce that the adjudicator from CEDR voted in my favour & have directed TUI to pay me 800 euro. Thanks all.0 -

What are people’s experiences with winning a claim from thomson through CEDR?
We’ve been awarded £2400 (euros I know but not on my keypad!) and the deadline was yesterday and we’ve had no response.
Surely I’ve done my chasing, if we’ve won why are waiting now on thomson? What’s the next action we can take?

pfogg, I think the previous post is indeed about a flight from Montego Bay but you are running out of time to start legal action. You cannot afford to wait and see what happens, and it won't be resolved in time anyway, because in June this year your rights are extinguished and any claim is lost0
