Thanks legal magpie. I guess it doesn't matter if my NBA comes from a different email address then as long as i reference the earlier email and the attempts made to contact them? Thank you so much for your advice.0

If that was TOM6213 from santorini to Bristol, I was on that one as well on 19/20th July, I filled in the online form also, which said 56 dats to reply, heard nothing, phoned then up and they said would hear from the flight delay team in 48hrs, that was 8 days ago, today i contacted then via their facebook site, and got a response that said,
" Thomson Holidays

Hi Tom, Thank you for your message. There is no time frame regarding a response from our flight delay team as all cases need to be thoroughly investigated before the team responds. I apologise for any inconvenience caused. ^Jaz " so not much help yet in progresing this. Going the CEDR Aviation claim route now.0 -
Yes the same flight
I am about to send an NBA giving 14 days notice before court action. Will post if i get any replies! I'm not going to let this drop, i hope you don't either. Their handling of that delay and the attitude of their reps was an utter shambles. Helen

Has anybody tried claiming via CEDR Aviation
CAA reccomend them for Thomson claims and are free if you win. Not a no win no fee, but a win no fee.

Yes, see my earlier post. We were eventually referred to CEDR by Thomson. Claim was processed quickly and was successful. You have to give card details when you submit your claim but if like us you are successful no money is taken.0

The flight was from Gran Canaria to Edinburgh. I too was on this flight with my wife who is now deceased and trying to seek compensation. I do know it was either may or June 2011 and do know we were put up in hotel. As she dealt with all these things I don't have exact date or flight number. Can anyone help ? Many thanks0

Send £10 for a SAR
note: small claims court deadline in Scotland is 5 years (already missed), 6 for England and Wales
Google for "Vauban's Guide" and you will find a great guide0 -
If you were on flight TOM743 Sandford to Gatwick 9 May 2014 you can now claim compensation for that flight. We went via CAA. Only took 2 years!! I'm still trying to work out the mess of the out bound TOM86 25th April LGW to Sandford. If anyone has extra info that would be great.

I claimed for a 23 hour flight delay from Malaga to Manchester in June this year. Started the process through resolver they day after I returned. Went all the way through resolver over the 56 days and then on to CEDR. They reviewed my information and documents, agreed I had a case gave Thomson 14 days to respond and they responded on day 15 ! Agreeing to pay compensation.
It is a bind, but resolver makes it so much easier. :T0 -
