I have just sent my LBA and posted by registered mail to the Luton and Sussex address. Plus I cc'd to the email address above and another TUI one I came across. I put a read receipt on and the email address above was read within minutes of being sent.0

Hi
I tried Feb 2014 to claim compensation from Thomson for a 24 hr delay in June 2008. Was knocked back as they kept insisting 2 year rule. Now 6 year upheld in court I have contacted them again with original claim details n now they are refusing saying over 6 years since delay despite my claim being submitted under 6 years when I tried to claim at first. Anything you can suggest? Have tried appealing but getting no response!
Thanks

Nothing you can do. Thomson can lawfully ignore you with impunity. They played you, knowing that you had to submit a court case by June 2014.
Sorry. If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide

Just a quick question
I have two claims against Thomson.. One I am sure I can win and will be going to court.
The other is not so clear cut. The CAA say I don't have a claim, but when I have logged into bott and co, they say I do and want to take on the case.
Does that mean I should risk the court route?0 -
