You're right you will need to complete form N1 and post it to your local Court, as you say MCOL is for a single claimant.

It's quite clear from the words in the Reg that weather only counts ON THE FLIGHT CONCERNED.

Just realised i've made my first error. I've made a MCOL for a family of 3.
Should have made a paper (N1) claim.

You're not the only one, Relax, don't worry any decent DJ should accept a brief 'Oral application' at the start of a hearing to add additional claimants. Let you're case run it's course, let them file their defence and keep in touch with us, there is a formal way you can add claimants, but don't worry for now, I made exactly the same mistake, welcome to the club.

Hello....this is my first post on this board. I wanted to share my success story and thank board regulars for the advice/templates etc.

My Thomson flight was in August 2010 from Gatwick to Egypt. We were diverted to Munich due to a technical fault with the plane and were stuck there for well over 4 hours.

I wrote to Thomson in Jan 2015 and got no reply....chased twice before going to MCOL. Thomson said they would defend, however they sent me a cheque for the full amount of my claim today.
