1) Post should be on TC thread
2) Google SAR and go from there
3) Issue court claim sooner rather than later.0 -
Can anyone tell me if they have had a successful claim from Thomas Cook for the following flight delay.
Flight TCX3K leaving Manchester to Toronto on 07/08/2010 we should have left at 15-45pm
I have been sent to CAA and back to Thomas Cook and back again to CAA
And Thomas Cook still say no
We were put on a small plane which was horrid
Thankyou0 -
Haz1946 - post should be on Thomas Cook thread. CAA are a total waste of time by the way.0

Hi,
I am not sure if anyone else has asked about this, I have searched for any threads or replies and have only found one but with no replies!
I have contacted Thomas Cook and they have asked for proof of flying i.e. tickets etc. or they will not progress. As we flew four years ago I no longer have them and as my partner booked it by email he has deleted the emails (I would have kept them). Do I still stand a chance of compensation and if so what do I need to do next?
Any help would be great as I can not find any info anywhere regarding this!
Thank you :0)0 -
This is covered in my recent guide - link from the sticky.0

It's in the guide as "Do I need a boarding pass to claim?"0 -
