Flight delay and cancellation compensation, Thomas Cook ONLY

Can anyone tell me how to find out the scheduled and actual flight times of the following flight

TCX 86 from Manchester to Barbados on 18th December 2008.

Thomas Cook are refusing to provide or confirm any information as we are no longer in possession of flight tickets or boarding cards.

The flights were part of a P&O Fly Cruise but TC will not accept this as proof of us flying

What was the delay given by the site referred to at the top of the FAQs? Does that agree with your recollection?

The flight does not appear. It was a flight chartered by P&O cruises and was delayed by 5 hours arriving in Barbados

It should still be there - so odd that it is not. Anyway, if you are certain you were delayed by 3/4 hours, proceed with your claim. You don't require independent verification.

hi, has anyone tried to claim for a Thomas cook flight from SHARM EL SHEIK TO NEWCASTLE in august 2009 (TCX 503)which was delayed 30 hours after a baggage truck crashed into the plane.

I,d be interested to know how you got on.

Can anyone help???
Was delayed on a return flight to manchester from holguin on either the 22 or 23 of feb 2010 by approx 30 hours. I have contacted TC and asked for exact date and flight number as I cannot find any info at home. I gave them the details of when I paid with bank statements etc and they are telling me they have no record dies anyone have the flight number for this???? Please help thanks in advance

Do you think that TC are going to help you claim compensation from them? I don't think so. Register on flightstats.com and go from there.

I have registered on flight stats but it is not letting me look on historic flights just from today onwards
