I asked TC to advise the reasons for a delay to my flight.
Received correspondence to say that they are Confident my flight was delayed for extraordinary circumstances and they took all reasonable measures. Does anyone know why they won't disclose what the technical nature of the delay was?
When I send a NBA shall I include that Ive asked why?????

Only send a NBA if you 'mean it' - by all means ask again and if/when it goes to court you can inform the judge you at least tried.

Because by witholding this information it makes it difficult for you to decide whether to issue a court claim. So hopefully you wil give up and go away. Or perhaps even their 'Customer Services' team dont know, because they havent looked into it - they seemt to routinely turn down most claims.

Send an NBA, dont bother asking again in my view, because they wont tell you. The issue a court claim.

Ask again in NBA but pointing out you are requesting all the relevant infromation to comply with Civil procedure Rules and to make an informed decision regarding legal action. Failure to provide the requested information can be used against the defendant in court.
