Ok, I've just rang them (08448 798136) and had a pretty good chat with Scott there. Bradford has been shut down, they should have closed all their cases but they didn't and they've now all been transferred to Falkirk and are being worked through in order of date received. I'm supposed to be getting a call back with the status of my case, so let's see if I do or not.0 -
The programme highlights the so called 2 year rule, what are extraordinary circumstances, clearly not most technical problems, but unfortunately the best complaint, a delay of 7 hours because of a broken toilet light had to be dropped because the airline settled on the day of filming. Quite how much the BBC understands the issue will only become apparent next week!0

The following contact details have proved useful to me over recent weeks:
Tel: 01274 387942/3
email: claims@thomascook.com
Address:
Flythomascook legal department
Unit 4a
Adwalton Moor Business Park

Hope they're useful to others, they answer the phone very quickly, but you don't get an automated reply with the email address. The number goes directly into the legal deprtment dealing with the claims, not customer services0 -
I'm using the address in Peterborough, which is their "official address" if you go to the bottom of their home page
http://www.thomascook.com/legal-notices/
Our registered company name, company number and registered office address are as follows:
Thomas Cook Retail Ltd
The Thomas Cook Business Park
Coningsby Road
Peterborough
PE3 8SB
This will be where you address your MCOLPrivate Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA0 -

That's correct MCOL's should go to the registered office, the ones I gave are to speak to the organ grinder, not the monkey.0 -

Colour me confused. Was I lied to when told that the Bradford office has been closed then?0 -

What is the two year rule you are referring to?
