A Letter Before Claim e-mailed to the Defendant may be ruled inadmissible in the absence of their written agreement to be served in this way. Therefore you should write your letter warning of court action and post it either to the registered office or to any other office that has a close connection to your claim.0 -
Thanks blondmark I wasn't aware of that .I will send the letter to Bradford as that's where their last reply to me came from.0

I didnt realize! All my correspondence with TC has been by email with one particular Customer Services person. There must have been 14+ emails back and forth over a 2 month period. I finally emailed the NBA on the 5th April to the person I have been dealing with... so I need to put it in writing and post it?
I seem to remember from previous posts on this thread that its the Peterborough address tha letters are sent to, is that right?
Thanks!0 -

Ally,
If you are asking whether to give TC more time or not before you commence legal action, I think the answer is that it is entirely up to you. If you believe they are dealing with your case sincerely, give them more time. If you think they are giving you the run around, write them a NBA. But only do the latter if you are genuinely going to take them to court.

I've checked on flight states for 28th through to the 1st October. There's no TC flight for 10pm, or any flight showing delays more than a couple of hours.
If you don't have any more details, I think you'll have to drop this.0 -
