I'll have her call you back, erm nope as a para legal you can answer the questions and find the information out....

Allegedly they sent out a cheque on the 23rd july........which we have not received....

we will look into it and get back to you, hopefully that will be before the county court bailiffs arrive, you realise that they will add a charge on for contacting you?

This shower are so Mickey Mouse we should email Disney about them. But I wouldn't know whether to suggest they sue them or sponsor them.

I would say about one in 100 companies of their size still use cheques as a method of payment.

And all of those appear to be customer-shafting obligation-dodging airlines.

Go figure.

Same flight? You should post date, time, destination and flight number and others can then advise outcome.
