Maria and the Imps your curtains are fab well done.

I "accidentally" looked at the cross stitch mags in Asda for the first time in years and The Gruffalo design is in it and who doesnt love the Gruffalo. I am going to have to do it for the boys room which I will be redecorating in summer so will have to amend my project list somehow. I think I have the material and I have 16 out of 20 of the threads so shouldnt cost me much to do but it looks fab. There is also a stunning large bright butterfly in there that might be on my future project lists :whistle:

Dakota cross stitcher is my fav cross stitching mag, I have a subscription that my bf got me for Xmas and in whey issue there is only ever 1or 2 things I don't want to do!

I finished the upcycle shirt to dress for dd and it would have been so good if it fitted better, I've taken it in too far

Hope you like my coaster, I'm going to add these to my list even though they are not part of the baby bump project I want to count them because I'm so pleased. I've never before managed to follow a simple crochet pattern from beginning to end. Planning to do 6 in different colours but I thought I would post this so you could have a look. how pleased am I, goodness knows how I will carry on if I manage a blanket :rotfl:

My list so far, I've changed it slightly as I've fallen in love with crochet and its soo much quicker than knitting.

1. Baby blanket,
2. 1 pairs of bootees crocheted
3. Sign for baby's door but will need his or her name
4. Crochet coasters x 6 one completed
5. Crochet cardigan baby

1 - sew 12 little stockings and make up into proper stockings

7- 4 Bella and boo cross stitches (1/4 done)

8- quilting
9- rug for dd bedroom

10- decopage books for dd room

11- stocking and birth sampler for cousins baby
12- curtains dd room

13- quilt dd room

I've tried loads of times, but this time sat down with my iPad and you tube and followed every step, I'm not great at working from a crochet pattern, however basic but I'm much better watching someone do it step by step, might be worth a try
