1) Go to the picture you want to show us click the 'Share This' button on the top left of the picture, this will show you a number of options and the one you need is called 'Grab the HTML/BBCode', Tick the button for BBCode and it'll convert the code to what you need.
2) Copy the text in the box and paste it into a new post on MSE and it should have everything you need to insert the image into your post. You can check this by clicking Preview Message.
As a non-FLIKR user I wouldn't have had a clue how it worked, so thank you for this. I have hadded it to the first post. Credit goes to chickywiggle for this.
I will add photobucket instructions later

Beautiful sampler, I love it.
I am a photobucket user, its a similar thing to post pics from there.
Open your post response on the forums and have it ready (I find this easier)
Go to photobucket, just to add if your an iPad user like me you need to have the photbucket app for this to work.
Find the pic you want to post and click the chain at the top, a drop down box shows all the different links. Click on the URL address and copy.
Come back to the forum and click on the little picture image. It will open a box asking for the URL address. Delete the example in the box and paste your URL address for your pic.
If you review your post before posting you will be able to see if its worked or not.
I spent all day on Friday working this out, hope it helps someone.:DStarted Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.

Thankyou - for both the compliment and the help in uploading photos. Truthfully, and in true mse style, the sampler kit cost me 99p at the works in their new year sale - not bad for the pattern / threads and aida eh?
I can now officially report that the sampler is finally finished! It's all down to the commitment to this thread - a huge Thankyou. X
I will now wash it and make it up into a cushion and will then post a piccie. Thankyou once again.44 day challenge

Thanks For the tip about the works, Ninno, I would have never have thought to look in there. I'm brand new to cross stitch so a kit would be a good way to start I think.
Jakesbakescakes, I couldn't get along with it at all. I'm rubbish at posting links but if you just type easy baby crochet cardigan in you tube it's a pale blue one its yolandasotolopez I think it's top of the page.
I decided to try bootees but I'm fine until it comes to shaping. My hubby suggested a basic blanket where your working with the same number of stitches so I shall look for some chunky wool in the charity shops tomorrow.
Maria, good look with the squas.
I'm a bit obsessed with learning to crochet. I fell asleep last night watching videos on you tube with my earphones in lol:rotfl:

Julie.... I am a crazy, mad knitter but sometimes stray into the world of crochet.... this is the blanket I am desperate to make.... i need to source similar yarns from the Uk tho cos it would cost a fortune to import the exact ones as per the pattern....
