Shame the person/s behind the scam thought they could get away with it, but then anyone who has been comping for a while has seen these scams come and go without any furore, so why should they think otherwise? In this case they sadly didn't have the luck of the Irish and have caught the antipathy of a lot of long-term disgruntled savvy compers. (But hey, big kudos to "Rach Riches" for her swift detective work and for the compers revolting! ). I don't want to trash a small (?) local company trying to drum up business at very difficult times, even though their methods would appear to be very shady, if not blatantly barmy, but this sorry saga is but the tip of a very nasty iceberg, with much bigger companies and corporations taking the p*** . In this instance, Skillens media outlet, Facebook, has a long history of being seen to host clearly dishonest promotions, but fake comps/ corrupt comps/ abused comps/ are rife everywhere. The truly amazing thing is that so few corrupt/fake/abused comps get any media coverage or trending social media headlines, like the no-skill Skillens' one . All that glistens is not gold and where are Comps Coverters when you need them?

I have taken legal advice and in the event of any further repitation of defamatory allegations I will not hesitate to take the necessary legal action against the individual or individuals responsible :rotfl:

Well, that lasted about an hour before the page was removed again.
Slightly sad, but that was the most entertaining hour i've had this year
