People always say "But who am I to judge?" when they are judging.0

I have no problem with people judging ... I do it, everyone does it ...
Nobody's perfect, eh?0 -
Please, pretty please, I wish we could stop all this now. The thing is that it genuinely did look suspicious. I don't think people should be blamed for that. We're none of us perfect, and we still don't know exactly what happened. Perhaps we can make good come from this situation as a learning thing. If Skillens were innocent, then the real bad boys were the Trolls who stirred this up in the first place.
Can we possibly show those Trolls that in the end they gained nothing, because we're going to move forward from this and not let them 'win'?
Edit: P.s. if ever I had the right signature for a situation, it's for this oneI am brave, I am bruised

Yes I guess so OneYorkshireLass! However, sometimes people need to sort out their own flaws before tearing into anyone else. It's a sign of what society has become and it's unfortunate. Going on the last few days and the behaviour and comments of people on these types of forums it seems whether someone smiles or not in a photo is now a hanging offence! I myself can see the suspicion but as I said in my very first post on this forum I know the truth but nobody wants to look outside their own box to take the opinions of anyone else into account. Please note I speak in general and not to you directly by the way! Hopefully this whole sorry mess comes to a conclusion soon and we can all get on with our own lives0

If Skillens were innocent
They made it worse by taking their page down, I think. Anyway, I never entered the comp so wasn't hard done bySECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:

Some of the articles saying Skillens committed fraud are starting to be withdrawn. Apparently someone also posted the winners details like home address and phone number so the police had to get involved but she didn't work for Skillens after all. Still a whopper of an admin / communication mess though.
Do you have a vested interest in making this story disappear?0 -
Still doesn't get away from the fact that the winner posted using Skillens Facebook account!?????:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0

Agreed, that is the bit that looked dodgy and didn't get explained and although they said the winner didn't work for the company, as far as I can see, they didn't answer the question about her being related to the shop owner.
The company were also rude about English people for some reason I think it was when people complained that the winner was local to the shop originally.
Does put you off doing like and share comps though.Rational judgement, now, at this very moment.
