Fraud?
It is fraud in a sense but what did the company gain from it?!
Other than publicity (bad now as it would seem) and facebook likes. I just can't see why the police would investigate, surely it's a job for the IPM?
I must ask my hubby when he's free. The shinbone is a device for finding furniture in a dark room.:TBig thanks to all competition posters:T0 -

Maybe there's a doughnut shop next door.0 -

I'm glad if the police are involved. If they are guilty, then it's definitely fraud. They would be defrauding the entrants of a fair chance to win quite a valuable prize. So even though I don't like all the vigilante behaviour going on around this, I totally approve of it being investigated properly.I am brave, I am bruised
I am who I'm meant to be
I'm not scared to be seen
I make no apology
THIS IS ME!
When you talk down to others it says more about you than them.0 -

I just want to point out, seeing as one of my posts has disappeared from here, that I did not post the lady in question's address.
I posted Skillen's postcode (readily available, of course, as it is a business) and the first half of the lady's postcode simply to illustrate how geographically close they were. The first half of a postcode can be found free and with ease via 192.com. The first half of a postcode can also cover many thousands of addresses.
Whoever logged in and paid to find out the lady's exact postcode was not me.0 -

Nope, it's because the post has gone - and that wasn't my doing.
There won't be any legal action against me as I posted what is in the public domain and nothing else. That's not illegal.
It wouldn't really make sense for me to point it out if I were worried about legal action, would it?0 -
