Evening all *bend knees smilie*
_pale__pale__pale__pale__pale_ Uurrgghh - I have a major dislike of molluscs. Did you find the culprit? I'd be turning the place upside down til I'd located it and [STRIKE]evicted[/STRIKE] got Mr LW to evict it.:eek::eek::eek::eek:
*don't read this is you're squeamish* The slug had climbed into the WM, where there were a few damp socks that I hadn't room for to hang on the creel last evening. I found it when I put my hand in :eek::eek::eek: sadly no teen was awakened from their slumbers by my piercing squeal :rotfl::rotfl:gunsandbanjos wrote: »Hi Dusty, DD is good right now, she's not 100% up to speed with what's going on. It's really hard, as despite me telling him he can have as much contact with her as he wants he is cutting all contact and has said he'll reappear when she's 16. Not sure I can bring myself to tell her he will be gone for 7 years at least:(
He's been a total knob about the whole thing, I understand he is hurting and didn't want it to end but he is hurting DD by doing this.
Really sorry to hear this, but glad DD is bearing up :T Take care of yourself :ADustykitten wrote: »PenPen great news for DS1 what is the course in?
Thanks, Dusty :A It's engineering, so he needs to do lots of studying. Luckily he's very motivated, and has a good study-socialise balance.
Mumof2, was going to sympathise with you over the 1d1ots that inhabit parts of MSE (as I know only too well
) but your DD's bump is far more important. Hope you've managed to get her checked over.
DD and I were out today, and I'm taking her back to uni tomorrow
:( We may try and see some more art in her uni town, too :j
See you all briefly tomorrow morning

Evening,
Not much done, dusted and floors swept but we were pretty clear anyway as we've all been out all day. I was later home than usual but have washed up packed lunch stuff and remade for tomorrow, done supper for tots and cleaned up after, then got them off to bed. Albeit a bit late.
Then I had a shower and did a bit of stitching.
Brother text earlier to say he will stay here for the funeral if that's ok. Hoping to finish a bit earlier if poss tomorrow, as I've already done 16.5 of my 21hrs. If I can sneak out, I'll go collect my new laptop (which I've had confirmation is now waiting for me) and grab some milk and other essentials.

Yuk, penpen, lol. My MIL recently found a slug in her kettle. She said it looked well cooked  and had no idea how long they had been drinking brewed essence of slug :rotfl:
It's not even like they are dirty, house is usually immaculate. Can only assume it was in the tap somehow???

Hello :j
A very quick flylady session today. Only managed a quick tidy of surfaces in the kitchen yesterday.
So thank goodness level 1 tomorrow is changing the bed covers. :j
The good news is our stairs are becoming less cluttered. Only stuff on there at the bottom that has nowhere else to go (yet). So my shoes. There's still the sewing machine at the top and in fact as I've cleared some of the Hobby Room floor I'll move that now.
:j
