Much better than yesterday. Also gave the dog a shower cos she rolled in some fox poo, lovely dog that she is, and just looked generally grubby - she is now Persil white!
Thanks for your kind messages re the stupid person who was so rude on another forum on here. Other people have posted since on my post and been completely nice thankfully, not jumping on the bandwagon and laying into me.

Westf1eld won. Spent my Christmas present voucher from DH and more in top. Very happy with my purchases.
G & B sorry life is dealing you a rough hand. I hope you can find a happier place in time. How is your DD?
mum of 2 well done for not letting it get you down. Smile and turn the other cheek.
Just time for a cup of tea then back to school to collect DD2 from football club. DS3 was very disappointed he couldn't do badminton in pe. He's really getting fed up with his hip problem. I let him go swimming last night but he only managed 10 minutes. His left leg is much thinner than the right one which is very slim in its normal state.
Still no news from his Scan so I'm going to ring the hospital.0 -

Hi all
I'm just starting out with this.
I've made myself a list of morning routines and am going to try to do them religiously before I add anything else in.
Can I ask, please, what product you use in your bathrooms for your "Swipe"?
I think lots of Americans use "Windex" but it's not available in the UK.
Thanks in advance.0 -
Oops I got side tracked and haven't started yet, I'll be back for an update at 4.30.0

Sink etc I use just a wet microfibre cloth and elbow grease. Toilets I use a separate cloth and a spray with water, washing up liquid and vinegar in.
Done some paperwork but not nearly enough so another HH required now.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

G&B chin up chicken, and you too elle. You will come through it and you will be stronger. Big hugs to you both xx
absolutely, big hugs from me and the skintbaby too :grouphug:
LW thank you for the teeny weeny salt spoon, it came in very handy at 4am when I had been awake for hours (if I had had the energy I would have been tossing and turning) but it gave me enough to go downstairs and MW up some porridge and return to bed with it
Ionafan thanks for your spoons, came in very handy this morning as I had to park in a side street away from the hospital and walk in (car park was chocka) and then walk back afterwards
I had hoped to have enough leftover to go into Mr A, but decided that it was worth getting home with enough to make some lunch
Thanks for all the other spoons and positive vibes, they made a difference.....All your spoons were put to good use, put a spud in MW, put kettle on for a cuppa, and fed the DW with the oven shelves, and cooker hood filters, and GENTLY wiped away gibble off the floor of the oven, took the cushion covers and throws of the sofa treated with stain remover and put on a 3 hour boil wash, took a veggie stab and nuke out for DD2 for tonight, and two half bags of whoopsied veg and a bag of beef chunks for casserole.....got all that done before the spud pinged :j decluttered the spud with beans and retrieve DS while leaving my appliances hard at work
DS went down for his nap without protest (first time in ages)
DD3 has come in and offered to relinquish being a vegetarian until I am back on my feet, so I don't have to keep doing two different dinners a night:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
DD3 has fed WM x3 with towels since she has been in, picked up some litter that has blown around the garden, re-assembled the oven and cooker hood, put casserole in the oven - and has just come to ask me how to make dumplings :D:eek::D:eek:
OK, confess.....who was it? Did somebody sneaked a magic wand in with the spoons when I wasn't looking?Well, I am very grateful whoever it was
I feel much better about my spoon thieves today, but know that they are going to come back at some point for another go.
DS is still out for the count, so I am going to join him for a bit, dinner will be ready at 6, so I will be back for a lurk then
happy flying one and allThe cold never bothered me anyway0 -
