Hey everyone!
I'd like to lose the last 7 pounds that keep eluding me!! Probably going to achieve this mainly through exercise as my diet isn't too bad in general
Good luck everyone!!go to the graze website and enter this code: 4LKM1R3B to get your first graze box free and the second half price!!0 -

How is everyone planning to keep their paws off the cupboard goodies this weekend?!
I ate some, threw some away and didn't buy much over the holiday period as I'm good at the seafood diet too. I have been known to scarf a whole multi pack of savoury crisps. And putting me near cheese is a great way to get rid of it!
My cupboards are pretty plan friendly, but OH bought a meal deal and I need to find out how much it is and budget tomorrow. There was lemon cheesecake, which must be a hero food as Le,on is a fruit:p
I still haven't made that soup. And my pedometer must be faulty as I walked aaaages in the cold this weekend but only got 1 point! :rotfl:
Seriously, the good news is I a finally feeling better and have a plan for dinner and had porridge for brekky so just lunch out to be making a wise choice on.
Well done Samantha - 3 lbs is great! Noël phobic, hope you survived your meeting on Sat. Good luck to everyone else!0 -
Noel, just realised you posted after your meeting - got carried away after seeing the cupboard question! You've done brilliantly last Autumn and 11lbs in 12 weeks sounds doable. 2lbs on over the hooks won't take long to lose. Apparently all those last suppers/bad days before diets make a big difference so really well done for just getting started again!
Hiya Faybee flutterby and missterious - lovely to see the thread come alive with lots of us going for weight losses at the moment! Faybee that one sounds like a good'un.
Jaksus, we'll done on your meal out and only using a few weekly points. Good luck at your wi.
PrincesslauraLiz - good luck on those last 7lbs - what sort of exercise do you plan to get into?0 -
Morning all!! Thought I ought to post today, I get my daily thread updates on my phone, but it's not set up to reply so I have been reading rather than posting! So pleased for the 'losers' so far, well done! :T
Right, I did my weigh in this morning....and I have lost 3lbs!! :T
So, my stats are....
started last week of June last year, weighing 13 stone 12lbs (though before this, i had come in at just over 14st!!! shh!!)
Got down to 12 stone 12lbs over the summer (SOOOO pleased to be 12 stone something again!) but I was ill over the holidays and developed pnuemonia, so even though I'd intended to get back on it in Sept when the kids went back to school I didn't really feel 'well' till about November. My weight basically held around 12.12 to 13.2 (time of the month allowing) and when I got back on the scales the day after new year's day, I was at 13.3. Got a couple of pounds off getting back into the swing of WW over the thurs-mon week before last, so officially back on WW last Monday weighing 13.1
I'm an online member, and don't do meetings, so reading this thread will be my daily 'meeting'. I'm here, even if I don't post as often as some of you, but I will try and pop in more often to say hi and well done.
Goals - next WW is 12.6.6 which will be my 10% My personal goal is 12.7, then 11-something. I'd like to get to 11.12 (which is 2 stone off) and then down to 10-something (how realistic this is I don't know).
Have a good day everyone! Off to put a glittery smiley face sticker in my diary to remind me that I lost this week! I thought that if I do that every Monday I lose, then I have a visual reminder to encourage me to stay on the wagon.....0 -
Whoop 3lbs off for me :j:j
I'm very happy with that especially considering I'm still off work sick, so don't have a routine, plus was taking steroids until Sat. I did accidentally demolish a bag of kettle chips with my friend last night (after our healthy low point stirfry!) :rotfl:, but I had enough weeklies left to cover it. Love WW

Hi Rae and well d one to both you and Flutterby - hope I do as well tomorrow night!
I like the stickers idea, glitter is always good.0 -
I like the stickers idea too. I've made up a chart of squares numbered 1 to 70 (as ultimately I'd like to lose 5stone), and will put it on my fridge. Then I will put a gold star sticker on each pound I've lost. Hoping it will act as a deterrent to eating the contents of my fridge!* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *
