Just got back, didn`t stay to meeting - got lots to do.
Lost 3lbs! :j
Am very pleased & happy with my hard work, two gym sessions & swapping wine for decaff tea! Not only losing weight, but saving money & waking up feeling MUCH better.
Plus the WW points, planning & portion control!
Just need to update signiture....Living debt free, since Sept 08 & Dec 10 :wall:

Hi everyone.
I have literally just signed up (again) to WW online (can't do meeting because of work) - i'm getting married May 11th and need to lose a stone by then (anymore and my dress won't fit!!) i find it so hard to lose weight and i so easily fall off the band wagon, so i need some encouragement and enthusiasm to keep me going!
How is everyone planning to keep their paws off the cupboard goodies this weekend?!0 -

I think the latest WW approach is to advise you to keep the goodies somewhere that you can't see them - common sense really. I don't want to spend any longer on the seafood diet (I see food, I eat it).3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -
I just need to have a separate cupboard for stuff like that!
Once I am in the zone though I will be very very good!!
For a while at least

Hope you don't mind me joining in, I've been doing weight watchers since October last year and had lost 6.5 lbs before Christmas. Put a bit back on in December but feel ready to get going again now. My mini goal is to lose 5 lbs by my birthday in February, then I'd like to have lost another 10 by May 25th for a friend's wedding. As an aside I'd like to get as light as is healthy for me as it will help to improve my running speed; I'm doing the loch ness marathon in October! I don't go to meetings but use a great android app, it was free on the Google store but now you can only get it on Amazon app store for 64p as WW are moaning about copyright infringement. I don't want to seem like I'm advertising so let me know if you want to know what its called! My main challenge I think will be eating WW friendly foods but sticking to quite a low food budget too.
My weight today: 156.5lbs0 -
I started WW again this week, and have just started dating someone new. He offered to cook dinner for me last night, and I was a bit worried about the points etc. I mentioned in passing that I'm doing WW so he went out of his way to find low fat ingredients (like pastry) and did a homemade tapas feast which included patas bravas, stuffed peppers, empanadas, vine leaves, houmous and various salads
. The food plus small bit of bread was 25PPS, but this was for a huge amount of food! All within my points, and then I used some of my weeklies for wine and desert :j.

I went to my first meeting today. It was extremely busy but they always are in January. I weighed about 1.5lbs more on their scales than I do on mine but they were different scales and I did have my clothes on - I think they might object if I took all my clothes off, although it would be one way of getting the queue to move very quickly!
I was going to have my last 'naughty' day for a while but I decided to get straight back into the saddle. As I'm not starting from scratch I'm not expecting a massive loss next week, even if I'm extra good, but it would be nice to see the scales moving in the right direction again. I'm still only about 2 pounds heavier than I was before Xmas, which makes me around a stone lighter than I was in mid October when I started WW online. My new goal is to lose another stone for Easter - I think that's 11 weeks away so that should be doable if I behave myself.3 stone down, 3 more to go0
