  • :hello: hollow head and Vikki. The good thing about coming back is we know it works!

I need to motivate myself to make some soup today to fill me up. I have most of the ingredients for beet root, fennel and ginger soup on esource so will try to make that one later.

My pedometer hit 4 points yesterday which was great, especially as I've had a bad cough - I've hardly left the house for the last week!

    Have a good day everyone.
  • Hi guys  I'd like to join in the group. I too lost the year before last on WW. I gave up smoking in the Jan, put weight on so went to WW after 6 months and steadily lost as long as I tracked, weighed, exercised and was honest with myself. After a while I just used this thread (2011 obviously!) and the calculator and I continued to lose. I actually find it quite hard not to be really greedy and eat whatever I want in vast quantities! I then started smoking again....

I have given up smoking again and predictably I am back to where I wa when I originally was in May 2011...

So here's me! Joined the online but would appreciate the moral support, somewhere to be accountable! Be good if people are up for it to share any recipes that they have devised.

My WI yesterday was 9st 11lbs
    DF as at 30/12/16
    Wombling 2025: £87.12
    NSD March: YTD: 35
Grocery spend challenge March £253.38/£285 £20/£70 Eating out
    GC annual £449.80/£4500
    Eating out budget: £55/£420
    Extra cash earned 2025: £195

I've still not got back into the swing of things. Finding it hard to get out of the bad habits I developed over Xmas. I hope starting the meetings on Saturday will help and give me the kick in the backside that I need to get me going again!
