    hi everyone. ive been with weight watchers since april 2012 and have lost 31.5 lbs! 6.5 lbs till goal weight! i go to the meetings and also use the online website.
    you can do it if you stick to the plan :)

    that's brilliant, well done.

    What I said eariler, about `spending` the WW points.

    I may have to apply the DFW mantra to food!

    If your skint? Or overweight
    Do I need it? Am I hungry?
    Can I afford it? Have I the points to eat it?
    Prices elsewher? Are there alternatives at less points?

    Well it worked for the debts!
    Living debt free, since Sept 08 & Dec 10 :wall:

    Samantha, I really liked your thinking re the debt/points mantra! Very interesting.

    I weighed in last night and put 1lb on over 3 weeks at Xmas. The meeting was fun, very buzzy with loads of newbies. The leader asked me if I'd like to be a clerk, so I need to think about that. It was lovely to be asked. I'm a frequent attendee at meetings but it's all been the same pounds going on and off again so no real progress to show for all the meetings I've been to. In fact I'm within 2 lbs of my original biggest weight but this needs to change in 2013. My first milestone is to lose 6lbs and get back to my 5% goal.

    So, my goals for this week are to plan my meals a minimum a day ahead, track for the full 7 days, wear my pedometer and walk enough to earn at least 7 activity points on it this week. Staying within sight of my weekly points would be good too :rotfl:

    Day 3 and it's going well so far :) Still haven't found my pedometer but I did do 40mins on Wiifit last night:dance:.
    My 49 weeklies are still intact and I try not to use AP's unless I'm desperate ;)

    Might do a little cooking when I get home so that I have emergency meals in the fridge/freezer for when I'm starving !!

  • I haven't even started on WW yet even though I went to WI on Saturday cos I have still been so ill!!!

    This flu is just not shifting at all.

  • Hi Rockie, the wii fit sounds like a great alternative. I went into my weekly points day 1 this week so admire your restraint!

    Dolly, sorry to hear you're so ill. I've only had a cold but stuffed my face one day last week out of self pity - didn't help either. I hope you get better soon. Xx

    I joined again yesterday. I was at goal 2010 but due to a painful breakup i have gained it all and a pound! Now weigh 12 stone 4.5 pounds :( I am 5 foot 6. I want to be between 10 stone to 10 stone 7lbs. Long way to go, im feeling quite hungry typing this and used up all my points for the day!
