2013 WW Goals..........
Comments
-
Hi,
I'm looking to re-join WW. Joined about 4 years ago to loose baby weight and got to goal.... the weight has slowly crept back on though as I had an accident which has stopped me doing any exercise for the last year or so.
The plan looks a lot different with the pro-points. Is it easy to follow with an online membership? I can't realistically get to a meeting so will have to do online, but you can't see until you sign up what you are getting for your money!!
Can someone tell me if they give you sample menus to get you started?
Would love to join this thread to share ideas etc ....and hopefully keep on track the same way you do when you go to a meeting.0 -
I'm pretty sure that you do get a 7 day meal plan when you log in.
There are 4 different weeks - its been a while since I have logged in tho.

I've done WW a few times but this is the first time I have done it online and the first time I have used the pro-points - previously followed it under the old points system. It took me a while to get used to the pro-points, really didn't like them at first, but am OK with them now. You do get menus for the first week, possibly longer. There is an online tracker and online forums so it is quite easy to follow and there's lots of support on there as well - plus here of course!
I'm really struggling to get back in to this. I've got into bad habits over the holidays and need to get back on track before I do any more damage!3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -
I'm the same I have been sooooooooooooo bad for pretty much the whole of December!!
Oooooops!
We will all be on here to share some recipes & stuff plus there is loads of information on the WW site & I find that forum pretty helpful.

Well I have decided to join Ww today as do not really need to lose too much weight but really need to look at what I eat s I eat too much junk. Especially at the moment so tomorrow I am going to watch what I eat and drink.
I have gone through a cash back site which is giving just over £30 cash back for joining Ww so means it will cost nothing for the first 3 months if at helps anyone.
Does anyone know if you can add your own meals to your favourite, such as shepherds pie, and not have to put in every ingredient each time as that will take forever.
Thanks for the help and well done to those that have lost weight or plan too.January Grocery 11/3740 -

Yes, there is a recipe builder which allows you to do just that. You put all the details in the first time and then the next time you have that meal you add it to the tracker.
I keep saying I am going to get back into this and it's just not happening. I've been feeling really tired and run down and haven't even done a proper shop for ages. I really, really need to get back on track.
This thread is a lot quieter than the SW one. I wonder if that means more people are doing SW or is it that SW don't have forums on their own website maybe?3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -
Thsnk you. Have found the recipe builder but looks like you can not use it with an iPad.January Grocery 11/3740

SW dont have any forums so this is defo why that one is busier I think.

The class I want to attend is tonight, at 6pm. Problem is that I cant leave home until the visitor I`m expecting turns up! (Nice old guy whom I rent a garage off turns up for payment - I had no cash & sent him home on Wednesday & I feel guilty as he comes to me! )
Anyway, hoping he comes before 6:30, so I can get off & weighed!
Also worked out that its 30 fridays until a friends wedding, so now have a `target`, long term tho it is!
So 30 weigh ins, 2 lbs per week, 60 lbs or 4 stone! Doable?Living debt free, since Sept 08 & Dec 10 :wall:
