Right, I did my weigh in this morning....and I have lost 3lbs!! :T

I'm an online member, and don't do meetings, so reading this thread will be my daily 'meeting'. I'm here, even if I don't post as often as some of you, but I will try and pop in more often to say hi and well done.

    ..

That's brilliant, well done. :D Do you use the forums on the WW website at all? I do from time to time but I'm never sure which of the boards to post on and some of them can be a bit cliquey.

I use the forums on the WW board, I use the vegetarian board I am a veggie!) which is really friendly and has a daily food thread for inspiration. The food board is quite good as well, I believe the new community board is a bit cliquey though :(

Yesterday ended up as a disaster :o so I'm not too hopeful for tomorrows weigh in but we'll see......

Well done to all you losers :T

No noelohobic i joined ww online last Monday and bought some ww scales to weigh myself on, my others were very erratic and as we all know every half a pound counts;) If the scale says 4 and three quarters i'll take that ;)

I haven't used the forums on WW - I am 'committed' to a thread on netmums, and follow a couple on here which is about all I can manage!

I made the butternut squash soup in this months magazine today, it's lovely and point free (I don't bother with the pumpkin seeds in soy sauce, tried it twice before and it was rubbish each time!)

My fave WW recipe is the chicken in parma ham....type it onto the search....it's LOVELY!!!!! I have mine with brown rice.:A

Gone over my daily points today, but I've nibbled a bit (kids came home and opened a pack of biscuits!!) it's all pointed tho, and that's why I love the weeklies!! But you know you're on a diet when you hear yourself saying 'oh sod it, I'm having a glass of ORANGE JUICE with my tea!' :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
  • Wow, Jansus over 4lbs is great, you're more than half way to your first silver seven!

Noel, I dabbled with the WW forums a few years back but found the volume hard to keep up with. Some of the challenges looked good for motivation though.

Rockie, hope today is a better day and your weigh in goes well mine is tonight and I'm looking forward to it!

Rae, you made me chuckle re the OJ. And it's one of your 5 a day too!

Yes, I agree with you there. Plus a lot of people there aren't new anyway!

If you had a bad day yesterday then try to put it behind you and start afresh today - easier said than done I know! Good luck for the weigh in.

mine quote to the nearest tenth of a pound. I've resisted getting on them since Saturday though!

  • Hi everyone.

I joined online on Saturday through quidco. I would like to loose a stone possibly a little more although I think a stone is more realistic. I would just like to ask what else you use the website for as so far I have just used it to track my food and any activity. Oh I have also made the autumn vegtable soup which was very nice and filling for 2 points.
    Thanks
