  • Well done to all losers.

Weigh in today and I have lost 1 lb not bad but not great, I have signed up for 3 months and was thinking 1 lb a week would take me to near enough my goal of one stone.

Any way must try harder next week. Did ok on the food this week but rubbish with the wine and exercise. Good luck everyone.
  • You are all such a bunch of losers - Cant wait to join you.

Thanks for the tip about tesco for the bargains might head over there after work tonight.

Sorry I`ve been AWOL. DS left laptop at grandmas, so I`m stood in a cold room on the ancient tower pc.

As it says no weigh in tonight, clubs cancelled due to terrible weather in snowy Bham.

Good job really, had a blip last night, so all my good work is undone for this week - well possibly not, but scales would show a gain!

Done 2 gym sessions this week, so thats to plan.
Just cant get my head back into tracking.

Good luck & keep up the hard work for all you losers out there.
Keep warm & safe with the snow...

  • Hi everyone - just trawled though since my last post (ha ha trying to kill time at work!) well done to everyone who has lost! OMG so jelly re being able to run a marathon. I want to do a triathalon this year in June - but its a small one!

So my WI on Weds has really inspired me. By some weird fluke I have lost 2lbs! (well kinda I was 9st 10.7lbs and this week 9st 9.4lbs) very happy with it was didn't point everything and had a takeaway. I found it quite shocking to think of how much carp I must have been eating before hand!

Also today I was really wanting some crap, but after a trip into FCUK and seeing the jeans and remembering how amazing they fit when I am a size 10 I reaffirmed my WW will!

    Ok lovelies be seeing you

ps on the whole snacks debate I cannot have any yummy/bad food around me or I will eat it withour fail!

I got a text from the WW leader tonight to say the meeting tomorrow morning would be going ahead despite the weather. I think she lives quite a long way away as well. Not sure I feel like going out in this weather myself, especially after nearly driving into the back of another car on my way out from work when my brakes didn't want to work!

I'll try to go as this is my first weigh in after starting meetings and the whole idea was to get me back into the swing of things. I'm not confident that I've lost anything though. I put a pair of trousers on today that I hadn't worn since last weekend and they don't feel any looser. Doesn't help that this kind of weather just makes me want to eat stodge! :o

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Hi all

Well thats it, it hit me this morning when even my baggiest comfiest pair of jeans no longer fit me and I realised the reason I've been living in leggings the past few months is because nothing else fits me either :o

So I've just decided from tomorrow morning I'm back on it, doing it myself because I know I can! Will let you all know tomorrow morning what I weigh, would like my target weight to be 10st 9lbs as I've got down there before although not too sure if that is acceptable since im a few years older and was told I looked a bit too thin!

Gook luck all, will update in the morning and start another ww journey! x

welcome! As far as your goal weight goes, have you looked at what a healthy BMI would be for your height? 11 stone would put me at a BMI of around 25 and I know from past experience that I would struggle to get below this. I would be over the moon to reach 11 stone but that is a long way off for me.

If I manage it, I have to find a way of keeping it off. Done it twice and eventually put it all back on and more besides, and don't want to play that game again.
