Woohoo!
That's another 1 and half pounds off this week despite a few days away in Bristol:j
I'm struggling this week as well as I've lost another pointWas finding it hard on 29 points but 28 is another ball game completely:(:(
Am thinking of getting myself a pedometer to try and up my exercise as I'm not very active - does anyone else use one and do you rate them???

I had a pedometer last time I was on WW but never got the thing to measure properly - you have to input your stride length and wear it on your waistband.
I may just have too much fat but if I took 100 steps I'd be lucky if it counted 25.
I wouldn't mind trying again but I've lost the instructions
It may just be me, other people swear by them

Many thanks for your reply:)
I've bitten the bullet and treated myself to one...once it arrives I'll PM you a copy of the instructions if you need them:)
I'm really hoping that wearing it will get me moving more as I currently lead a really sedentary lifestyle.
Been out with my mum today and bought myself a new pair of jeans.....size 16....I'm so proud:j:j:j (down from a 22)

Wow that is impressive.
I've got down from an 18 to a 14 and plateaud since last Summer.
I really need to pull my finger out as I'm paying £21 per month on the monthly pass and could do with that going to a CC :money:

Had a lovely final day of half term and "achieved" quite a lot.
Took DS to the library this morning to find a book for a school project on "people who have suffered for their beliefs" He is doing Nelson Mandela, no doubt most of the class are as well.
We went for about an hours bike ride along a disused railway and then after dinner tonight went out for a walk for an hour, I found £1 :j and we walked home through some woods and picked up some fallen branches (stick for the kids) to put on the woodburner.
Goodnight

Only 0.2lb down this week but frankly I'm surprised it isn't a gain - been feeling rubbish and been eating to match! New week, new motivation. I can do this, damn it!Sealed Pot Challenge 2013 #1947 (open the pot on 28th November 2013!)

Going well this week after last weeks surprise gain.
I'm not sure if I've lost anything as I've got out of the habit of tracking online.
I'll pick up a notebook from work tomorrow and start "manual" tracking.
Another bike ride today, over 2 hours but only about 13 miles so I'll claim and hour and 5AP's gained for that.
2 AF days this weekend and 4 since Tuesday WI so that should help keep the points down
Have a good evening

STS despite earning lots of activity points and having light meals such as beans on toast (one slice no butter) this week.
Onward and onward, next week has to be better!
