2013 WW Goals..........

Well, last week I gained half a pound which annoyed me no end but this week I have lost 1.4lb which makes me better off (slightly) than where I was two weeks ago. For some reason I have been struggling lately. Oh well, persistence is the key, I believe. My goal this week is to eat less and exercise more and hopefully push me down the last four pounds to the next stone down.Sealed Pot Challenge 2013 #1947 (open the pot on 28th November 2013!)

How much are cadburys fingers?
Had 2 the other day, pointed them on the ww website & it said they were 3 points each!!!
That can't be right surely?0 -
3 pts is for 4 fingers, not 1 :-) them and Jaffa cakes are my go to when I need chocolate...
I ended up losing 2lbs this week despite the brownie debacle, so I'm pretty happy with that! If I can lose 1lb this week, I will have lost 1 stone in 6 weeks :-)0 -

Been AWOL, sorry. Since last posting I gained 1lb and this week lost 1.5lb. Rubbish really, but I've only got 11lb to lose and it takes FOR EVER......plus we've had something on every Sunday and weigh in is Monday morning
Going okay this week. Have tracked religiously and clothes feeling better.
Grilled pork chop for tea mmmmm!

The ww thread doesn't seem nearly as "chatty" as the sw thread. I think we all need to post more :-)
I'm having a mini bottle of ww wine for 2 points tonight :-)0 -
Well I've had a rubbish week this week........I feel like I haven't eaten enough and what I have eaten has been bad so I've stayed the same.
I should be happy with that I know as it's the first time I've stayed the same since I started this in January.
To compensate I've taken myself off for a walk after tea tonight...only half an hour but thought it better than nothing.
Hey ho....onwards and upwards.
Have a good week everyone

Hi ladies - right I have gone and joined ww again. Since giving up smoking in Sept last year the weight has slowly crept back on. Being a money saver the thought of going and buying more clothes is abhorrent to me!
I have about a stone to lose, once I get there I think I will still go to the groups when I am a gold member, because I think I really do need some kind of support to not gain weight. How do you all cope? I am just so plain greedyand hedonistic that when I am eating something divine I just want to continue!
Last night I made myself a fakeaway from the ww receipes - highly recommend the Spicy Indian cauliflower & courgettes with cashews, which I added 125grms of prawns to and had with basmati rice and a large glass of red mmmm felt really good to have something delish but not go crazy and feel all bloated and horrid afterwards.
Not sure if I'll lose anything this week as Weds I had a KFC with my dd (have you seem the cals in these?!!!) and I didn't actually start the plan till yesterday but went to the group & weighed in on Thurs. Will try to do a min of 30 mins exercise a day so fingers crossed. Will be so good to start feeling good in my clothes again.DF as at 30/12/16

Well, I know you aren't supposed to weight midweek and I know my bathroom scales come in about 2lbs lighter than the WW ones (maybe because I weight first thing before breakfast and with no clothes on) - but today there was a 12 at the front instead of a 13! 12lbs13.5oz. Feels good although I'm sure it will be still 13st something on Tuesday at weigh in...0
