Hi:wave: I'm a MSE newbie but have been 'doing' WW for about eight months. Prior to that I've done Cambridge, SW, Eurodiet etc. Everytime I've lost weight its gone back on - and some. My loss to date with WW (this time) is rather embarrassing - I've got at least three stone to lose. To save some pennies I've changed from monthly pass to esource.
Anyhoo, I'm not doing awfully well atm and I've just found this thread so I hope you dont mind if I join the party. Good luck for the next week everyone xVery 220.41/Next 505.81/Barclaycard 0% 6734.64/FD Loan 2259.49 /Tesco CC 81.41/Halifax CC 100

Hi Lizzieits a pretty quiet party, but welcome!
It's real hard to stick to I know. After going back to the group last week I have managed to stick to the plan. I found before once I got in the hang of it I could continue with the plan with this thread. Let's hold each other accountable
When's your weigh in? Mine is on a Thursday. Feel good for sticking with it only for a few days, boosts my confidence I can do it and I can say no to unhealthy food choices no matter what is around me. (literally there is usually no munchies in this house and its a real trial when I want something. But since I've been on the plan, someone bought me a box of Green & Black's minis, she also brought round a posh trifle which is sitting in the fridge and a friend came round for coffee & brought a big bar of Diam! I have been so good though :A)

Size 12 jeans, baby yeah! Been a long time since I last saw these puppies... And weigh in at 9.15 this morning, lets see if the 6 mile walk with baby on my back on Sunday has had any effect. Wasn't meant to be that long but we got a bit lost...0

Lost 2.5lbs for a total loss of 15.5lbs, so got a silver 7 and am feeling mucho impressed with myself. Next target is my 10%, which is another 5lbs to go. Should be able to do it in 2 weeks but am going to say 3 in case I slip up...0

My weigh in is Saturday morning. All my weeklies were gone by Sunday night this week:sad: and haven't been doing awfully good since. I'm fine during the day at work - I've stopped talking cash with me so I can't attack the vending machine. It's just at home, about 8pm, when it all goes to pot. Sometimes only the cat food is safe. I think I may end up either going to bed extremely early or start taking very long baths just to get out of the way of temptation! Oh well, tomorrow is another day as someone once said. BTW I love Daim bars, when I get to them before the DD that isI envy your willpower xx
