Woohoo....got another loss this week...another 1.5lbs:T
It's been a hard slog but I'm still taking it a day at a time and it seems to be working. I'm still wearing my pedometer every day which is prompting me to try and move more
Only down side is that I've lost another point so I'm down to 27 now.....on the up side they can only nick one more off me before I'm on the minimum
Have a great week everyone

I'm also on the "eat everything in sight" mode at the moment :-( used all my weeklies already and WI is Tuesday! Going to be a long weekend, or I'm going to have to get running...
Had to make cakes for today's school fete last night. That was pure torture...0 -
Well after a disappointing measly 0.5lb loss last week, I've made up for it this week with a 2.5lbs loss.
Onwards and upwards now.....I'm over half way there

Hi guys,
Can I join you. After many different tries at slimming before I never quite managed. So I have paid upfront for 3 months with Ww, I'm hoping that will keep me inspired.
My BMI is 28.7 and my 5% goal is to get me down to 11st.11lb. so that's 7lb. I go on holiday in 16 day. Tuesday is my weigh in day and I am hoping to meet this before I go away. So if I put on whilst I'm away I wont actually be getting heavier. If that makes sense (I know what I mean in my head).
I am doing ok so far I get 26 points a day I haven't used any of my weekly points and so far I have 12 activity points which I am saving for a birthday meal with my son on Sunday.0 -
Hi
Im currently on the GP referral program to WW, can i ask those that go online, is it worth it or should i just stick to my free 12 weeks and do everything manually?
Just wondering if there were many features that make it much easier worth paying for?
Im heading for my 1st weigh in tonight after i started last monday!! Fingers crossed!Starting weight: 14st 02lb - 15.07.2013 (WW)
Goal Weight: 10st 07lb
2014 starting weight. 12st 7lb0 -
I'm on a bit of a roll, I lost 5.5 last week & 3.5 the week before. Hoping for 3 this week.0

I go to class, but I was thinking of changing to the online option. I think it's about half the price.0 -
Hi Mrs E
With the referral program i get 12 free weeks of classes which you have to attend but obviously you don't get anything online.
I did hear them mention last week about monthly passes, is this different to WW online?
I was wondering if they have anything like myfitnesspal where you can scan the barcode of an item and it gives you the points as this would be fantastic and make it so much easier.Starting weight: 14st 02lb - 15.07.2013 (WW)
Goal Weight: 10st 07lb
2014 starting weight. 12st 7lb0 -

Monthly passes is what I do, it's about £20 a month. You get access to classes & ww online.
I only really use the class to weigh in.
I might switch to ww online, for the trackers & stuff. I think it's about half the price of with classes.0
