A tiny tin of tuna in brine is 1 point. A larger (130g drained weight) tin is about 2.5 times the size of it.
If I put it in my propoints calculator it comes out at 13 points.
    What am I doing wrong?
Can someone confirm drained weight 130g of tinned tunain brine is 3 points, please.

Yes that's right, 3 points for a larger tin - as per the WW iphone app

Woohoo! I lost 4.5lbs to take me to 13.13 :-) next stone bracket is great :-) downside is less points to eat... But I'm still seriously chuffed :-)

    Are home made smoothies allowed?
Im wary of too much fruit, I try to eat max 3 bits per day, but lots of veg & salad.
    Do others limit fruit?

Hi, do you mind if I tag along?

I'm a WW monthly pass member, been going to meetings for a couple of weeks and have lost 3lb so far. I don't have an awful lot to lose, another 14lb to go, but when you are petite it really shows :(

I have done both WW and SW in the past and agree with previous posters that SW 'image therapy' takes FOR EVER. At least with WW you can turn up and weigh just before the talk starts and know that you will be finished within half an hour. It's topical too - at the moment we are looking at counting down to summer (it's hailing outside atm!) and how to achieve our short term goals.

Anyway, enough waffling from me! Just off to plan what I'm eating today :D

PS. MrsE - my leader mentioned about sugar content of fruit, so may be worth checking online or with your class leader about what would be 'healthy'.

MrsE, I lost 4.5lbs in my first week and I eat loads of fruit. Buckets of it! Fruit also has lots of fibre as well, and I'm definitely seeing the benefit of that. I also can't believe that my perennially problematic skin is clearer than it has been for a long time, but someone said to me today that a sluggish large colon causes skin issues? I would have been sceptical but it seems to be working for me! Could of course be coincidence :-)

Woohoo - that's another 2.5lbs off this week.

Really happy about it as I thought my weeks holiday might catch up with me this week.

Having a weekend away visiting so will try and stay on the WW wagon:)

Anyone know the lowest point burgers I can buy, I usually make them, but shop bought are better for BBQs they seem to stay together easier, plus I fancy a very lazy weekend - I need it!!!!

Pretty pleased this week, lost 2lb despite being ill for most of the week (e.g comfort food!) and going it for a three course meal with wine. Oh, and as good as zero exercise.

Got some new clothes yesterday (just some basics to tide me over) and I can't believe I'm actually in "acceptable" sizing now. I feel amazing.

lost 0.6 pounds this week. In yet another plateau for the last few weeks but will hopefully get out of it soon.
