Well .... my original folder is long gone!:o
I have actually done something like this (apparently after much reading online!) for years with some things .... just not all!
Anyway, I sorted all my recipes last night / this morning (took hours as I had them all over the place:o) and I now have 2 folders ..... hoping it'll help with my meal planning (and save grocery costs :money:) too:
Quite chuffed with how they turned out- fronts are laminated
& would love nice printed text for the tabs .... but that'll have to wait until I can afford a labelling machine!
Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
2016 Sell: £125/£250
£1,000 Emergency Fund Challenge #78 £3.96 / £1,000Vet Fund: £410.93 / £1,000

I got one from the family Secret Santa. I was so chuffed!Making magic with fabricLight travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.0 -
I think I'm bound to want a labelling machine if I only understood what they do exactly? I mean how do you choose the size of label and the paper/film it prints on etc? Do machines use more than one kind of label or are there different machines for different labels? Do you have to buy ink for them? etc etc. Maybe safer if I don't know!0

Ohhh that was good for a SS:D (I usually get totally useless things - yup, even from family!)carolinerunner wrote: »I think I'm bound to want a labelling machine if I only understood what they do exactly? Limited knowledge but - they don't need ink but different machines take different labels (so you can't use Brother tape in a Dymo machine for example) The tapes are a set size & you choose the size of the text you wantBetty_Crumble wrote: »they are brill Rising, well done but will you stop saying sexy words like 'labelling machine' you are killing me lol
Ohhhh I have actually added a machine & tape to "my basket" on Ama*zon today ...... not purchased yet and have logged out but I am tempted
I think I'll wait until after the 17th (c/card cut off date) so I'd have another month before having to pay for it- also ties in with my "don't buy things on a whim" personal challenge!

I have one of these!! I was going to abandon it, BUT having paid full price for it (albeit with vouchers) I thought I should give it another go!!So, I have the smaller one which means that the Organised Mum stickers, folded in half, fit perfectly in the back pocket (and the new glittery smiley faces I bought for my weigh in days, when I lose some weight!).
The left hand side of the page is for me, the children (3) have the first three columns on the right hand page, and the last column is now my do do list!
I have bought the little stick on dividers, and now have easy access to the different sections in the diary, with one of the attached markers for the current week and the other at the notes pages. On the year to view pages I have used a highlighter for the school holidays and have circled birthdays and meetings (governors, pre-school and WI) for the year so in theory I can see at a glance what's coming up.
Feeling much happier about my diary now.....this year will be my most organised yet!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0
