  • I'm sure that everyone has Skyscanner e mail alerts here - But BA have a sale on at the moment - about £550 from Gatwick to Vegas - direct flight.
To me this sounds as low as it will get - Virgin seem to have similar prices but indirect flights with Delta so it will take longer to get there.

Anybody think I should book flights now for next March or wait perhaps for end of year sales?
  • Restaurant.com have Stripburger vouchers $10 certificate for $4.

I think if you can get a direct flight for £550 you should book it

    I would agree.
We booked direct flights with virgin during a recent sale for around 560, that's for end of march.

I've never notified a card issuer or had a problem with using it.

An erroneous couple of hundred dollars on tech equipment in Calgary is the only issue I've had, but nationwide sorted that pretty efficiently.

Thanks for the reminder - managed to get a $25 for $10 as I was out of Stripburger vouchers and we go almost every trip.

Georgiegirl256 - I did have an email confirmation straight-away and a PayPal receipt...the voucher was showing in my account straight away so it sounds like something may have gone wrong on your ToTW voucher?

And a direct flight for $550 I would also book without looking back, I think...though we prefer Virgin for various reasons...$550 is a very good direct price these days.

Is it any good? I'm a shake shack fan but there aren't any in lv, so then we had the back up of in n out burger (never had before) but is strip burger really worth the cost? Doesnt seem overly cheap?

For what its worth IMO stripburger is not worth the premium price.

I have been twice and been disappointed twice, cold burgers, wrong burgers/nothing special burgers.

    milk shakes are good though

steak n shake in South Point is better all round IMO

We aren't keen on Stripburger any more either. First time was good, next time wasn't. We tried one more time, it was OK, but we probably won't go back. I much prefer Le Burger Brasserie in Paris/Bally's walkway.

We really like Stripburger but they are more expensive than fast food burgers...In-and-Out is another favourite (double-double animal style mmmmm) if we're in the fast food burger mood...and we also really like Steak 'n Shake which is also less expensive...we wouldn't say no to any of them really. :)

The voucher cost $10 - minimum spend is $35...so on the day we'll spend $10 for 2 nice (to us) burgers, fries and onion strings and 2 shakes...yes total cost was $20 once you factor in the $10 paid for the voucher when we bought it...but feels like $10 since that's what we pay on the day...and even $10 each for what we think is a good burger lunch/dinner including a great shake is worth it to us.

Oh and the fried pickles...I love them...hubby won't even try them. :)

Yeah, I think it must have. I've emailed them, so hopefully it'll be sorted out soon.
