They are direct flights from Manchester, really good flight times too. It's with Thomas Cook. I don't know if that includes meals or not, so that's something I'll have to check on.

Thanks for the link to the promotion at PH, you've been very helpful! :)
no problem. If I assume 4th for 7 days (as you said early Sept) then you're looking at £759 pp so £1518. On the previously mentioned PH promo you'd be looking at $526 which is just a shade under £350 at todays exchange. However there's the resort fee at $20 to factor in which would take the total to £441, so that's £1959 total.

So if the dates are right then the answer is that it's a good deal if the resort fee is included. If it's not I'd talk to your agent and see if they can match the £1959 with resort fee included.

Hey all - so after my fab trip in January with the wife I've now just booked up to go in November with a few mates!
Really can't get enough haha.

If we'd booked when the BA sale started we'd have saved £50 but we're still only paying £688pp for BA flights, hotel for 5nts and resort fee is included in the price.

i think we could've got it cheaper through expedia but some of the guys like that with BA you only need pay £150pp as a deposit and pay the rest off in September.
plus it all goes into the Avios pot!

We were thinking maybe the 1st, but any day really, we can go any date.

That's my next thing to do, to go to the travel agent to see if they can beat it.

Donny and Marie show is currently the Marie show with support from brother Merrill as Donny's having emergency surgery for a muscle tear and is expected to be out of action for several weeks.

Has anyone redeemed any of the monorail rewards on myVegas?
2 of us are going to Vegas in September and I want to redeem the award to get 3 day passes for the monorail (14,000 Loyalty Points for the award)

The info on myVegas says

Can anyone tell me if this gives two FREE passes or just the ability for one person to buy (in cash) a pass and the other one comes free?

:o

It's buy one with cash and get one free with a monorail reward

That's how I had read it too when I looked at it...it's something that I'm sort of considering if I have points I might not spend on anything else...at BOGOF it may be a reasonable deal, though I assume not really one of the better rewards to go for...I like the monorail occasionally but the fares are ridiculous...I miss the BOGOF coupon that was in the LVA book at least one year...or the online deals that used to crop up from time to time...which, admittedly, last time we gave away some of the day passes we got on the BOGOF deals when we didn't use them...but still.

How that thing is still running I really do not understand.

Hey mate. Yeah BA Holidays have struck quite an agreement with a number of hotels to get resort fees chucked in or breakfast. Resort fee is obv the more valuable one to get.
A week ago it was going for £636pp but we dithered too much...

We're staying in Monte Carlo. Nothing major as us lads just need a room to dump our stuff. Was tempted with flamingo because of location but didn't include resort fee.

I didn't know this but Monte Carlo has a tram connecting CityCenter and then Bellagio. And it's free...

Found an even better deal, 25th August, direct flights £562 each from Manchester. Found the strip view room at PH for £433 for 7 nights on total rewards.com

Much better deal Georgie :)
Vegas is stinking hot at the end of August so hotel rates are low and that airfare drop at the end of August is handy.
