he is though! hes a world champion in *some* class or summat.. I dunno, I dont like boxing, I only talk to him cause he used to go out with my sister! (gotta say though, I did watch him fight the other week, and when i see him now, I cant help but think 'ive seen you with your top off' :rotfl: :rotfl: )

lololol. get that smirk off yer face gal!!!

to those who arent in cliques - dont worry about it. if you're not in a clique it's cos you're not a cliquey sort of person so you wouldnt enjoy being in one anyway. As somebody else has said, they only !!!!! behind each others' backs anyway.

glad it all worked out for you Daddyto3

Daddyto3, so glad it's worked out for you.

I can only echo some of the other comments. I'm not in the clique, and whilst sometimes it rankles, most of the time I couldn't give a $%^&! :p They seem to be an empty-headed bunch with nothing more to talk about than the latest clothes and what activity their little darlings are doing. We do our own thing, my kids are happy, intelligent and can be taken anywhere (unlike theirs if DD2's birthday party is anything to go by).

Playground Mafia is a great book. My boss gave me her copy when I was going through a low patch with it all, and it's a darn good read - put a smile on my face anyway ;)

Hope your little girl's day is fabulous and hugs to your wife for being "different"!

Here in deepest darkest cornwall you are a newcomer until your at least 3rd generation.

    Somewhat an exageration,but not much.

definately not an exageration! I can trace my family back to the doomsday book in Cornwall but having moved 6 miles I am definately the 'newcomer' in this area!
