I think it gets switched off today. I'm tempted not to go back fotr the footy and try Setanta instead, I watch far too much football as it is!

you can upgrade whenever you want but if you want to downgrade after you have upgraded you have to give 30 days notice. e.g £15 to £20 package one day then to sky sports the day after is ok but to downgrade back to £15 you have to stay on sky sports for 30 days
