Breakfast: Branflakes with oat milk. Had two glasses of water.
Lunch: hard boiled egg & a cup of coffee.
Approx hr later: had cup of tea and two bourbon biscuits.
Tea: Beans on toast.
Later of will have a yogurt and no doubt another cup of tea.
Then I reckon it will be it.
I do need to get some more food ideas tho'.
That is no way near enough food especially as you exercising. It sounds to me as though your body has gone into starvation mode and is saving what you are consuming.
You should be eating more veggies, more protein (helps repair muscles after exercise), more carbs (helps with energy levels especially when exercising - in particular pasta ).
Protein - Meat, fish, eggs, yoghurt, milk. Nuts & seeds also have protein in.
Carbs - Pasta, bread , (choose wholemeal ) , rice - try to choose a wholewheat pasta & brown rice as these are less carb heavy & more nutritious because they are less refined. The only downside is they take a little longer to cook.
Allow yourself a treat - life is too short to deny yourself any treats and denial is a sure fire way for a "binge" to come on - doing more harm than good.
Make sure you look at the calorie/sugar/fat/salt info on labels and check serving size. A lot of supermarkets are sneaky and advertise as low calorie only for the calories to be a 1/4 of the pack.

Also I'm sure someone said on here that fruit isn't as good for you as you may think, too much sugar.
Fruit is natural sugar and is easier for the body to digest than refined sugars (like your biscuits) .
too much fruit is bad for you, but you'd have to be eating about 10 oranges a day . A couple of pieces of fruit would do you no harm in particular banana's since you are exercising.
Check this site out - its pretty useful for health benefits of foods.

I would also have a colonic and take probiotics as well but I appreciate this isn't for everyone

A colonic will do absolutely nothing for weight loss and can actually cause more harm than good. Yet another industry scam to part people from their money

Nothing wrong with a hard-boiled egg or two for lunch, if you don't have family history of cholesterol, then eggs will do nothing to up it to serious levels. Plus eggs are packed full of protein and choline and other good stuff.
Latest evidence shows that dietary cholesterol has absolutely no impact on blood lipids therefore you could consume half a dozen eggs a day without it having any impact on your cholesterol levels

A colonic will not cause any harm when carried out by a qualified and experienced practitioner but like I said, it's not for everyone (I have had positive results so am an ardent advocate of the practice).
Here is some information that might help.

Quite frankly the information in those links is nothing but a load of rubbish, written purely to fool naive people into paying for an unnecessary process
There is no absolutely no scientific basis to performing colonic irrigations, it's a total fallacy that faecal waste builds up in the colon. I've opened up enough colons to know that for certain!
As I said before, it can cause more harm than good by removing beneficial bacteria the gut needs to operate efficiently and properly and there's also a high risk of perforation.
If you want to get your bowel moving then going for a jog or doing 100 star jumps every morning will have more effect

As I'm just getting into this new eating regime, I am still learning what is protein and what isn't.
I can't be expected to know what's what straight away.
If you record what you eat on myfitnesspal.com it will automatically calculate the amount of protein, carbs etc. Will also help you with how much you should be eating, adjusting for the amount of exercise you take. Well worth a look.0
